USMLE Exam Master

Exam Master OnLine Registration for the Web Gateway

Existing Authorized users may access Exam Master OnLine from the Educational Level IP ranges of the Texas Medical Center (see below) or remotely by using your remote access account.

PLEASE NOTE: If you previously had an Exam Master account, you have been transferred to the new web gateway already but your prior exam history is no longer available.
New Users need to register:
  1. Go to Exam Master Online
  2. CLICK Click to Start, CLICK Click to Sign In, and CLICK First Time Registration
    • a. To continue, CLICK I Accept on the Licensing Agreement page
    • b. Complete the registration form, CLICK Submit Registration
  3. Confirmation of registration and your temporary password will be emailed to you immediately.
  4. You may change your password at any time by selecting Settings from the main menu.
  5. It is recommended that first time users CLICK Help Topics and TOUR for a quick overview of EM OnLine.
  6. After the EM OnLine Tour, log-in with your User Name and Temporary Password.
  7. From the MAIN MENU CLICK Select Exams to take you to the page that contains the options on how to build exams for your use.
Texas Medical Center IP addresses includes most computers networked through:
  • Baylor College of Medicine
  • HAM-TMC Library
  • Prairie View A & M School of Nursing
  • Texas A & M Institute of Biosciences and Technology (Houston)
  • Texas Woman's University (Houston)
  • UT Health Sciences Center (Houston)
