Library Closed Thanksgiving Day
The HAM-TMC Library will close on Thursday November 24 in observance of Thanksgiving Day. Library hours on Friday November 25 will be 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Regular hours resume Saturday November 26.
New Resource:UpToDate
The Library is pleased to announce that the UpToDate clinical decision support system is now available. Frequent requests from clients during the past year attest to the popularity of UpToDate.
With comprehensive, current, illustrated and fully referenced information on more than 6,000 clinical topics, UpToDate is one of the most complete sources of synthesized information in internal medicine and its subspecialties: family medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, and pediatrics.
Remote Access is not available for this resource.

New Titles From Nature
The Library has negotiated with Nature Publishing to add more journal titles for remote access users at the educational level. Eight new titles are available via remote access:

HAM-TMC Library – At Your Service
The end of the semester is fast approaching. Study space, computers and electronic access to academic resources are a must. The HAM-TMC library wants you to continue to take advantage of the resources and services we have available.
Don’t forget, all students have access to our electronic resources inside the Library and all eligible students can access these resources remotely. We have also added a link to Tulane library resources on our webpage so that Tulane students can access their resources as well as ours.
