The UT Medical School is at the intersection of Fannin and Ross Sterling Ave. Enter the UT Medical School Building via the east (Webber Plaza) entrance. The auditorium is located on the 3rd floor between the yellow and green elevators. Garage 4 is located two blocks from the UT Medical School. The UT School of Public Health is at the south-east corner of Holcombe and Bertner Avenue. The auditorium is on the first floor of the RAS (Reuel A. Stallones) building as you enter the School of Public Health on the southeast side by the visitor's lot. There is a small parking lot directly in the front of the school. If parking is not available there, use garage 2 or 17 on the north side Holcombe and Bertner intersection with an entrance on Bates St.

The Onstead Auditorium is accessible from the Main MD Anderson Bldg, via the 3rd/4th floor Tan Zone skybridges and the front entrance to the BSRB at 6767 Bertner. Visitor parking fees vary from lot to lot but in general it is approximately $8.00 for two hours.
Free box lunches will be served on a first-come first-served basis.
Audience members will be eligible to enter a drawing at each event for a Kindle E-Book reader by completing a short interactive quiz on National Library of Medicine databases such as PubMed.
