Research Assistance
The staff of the McGovern Center are available to answer research questions, provide information on the availability of books or manuscript resources and consult on the best resources for your historical projects. Some consulting is available on the preservation of historical collections.
Make an Appointment
It is not necessary to make an appointment to visit either the Archives or the Rare Book Room. However, if you contact in advance, we can have the materials ready for you. In addition, because of limited staff, occasionally the Archives or Rare Book Room may be closed during regular hours.
You can schedule an appointment by phone or email.
