Students and faculty of academic member institutions,

The HAM-TMC Library is measuring the effectiveness of our services to you. We are using a web-based survey assessment instrument, called LibQUAL +^TM. I ask for a few minutes of your time to help us measure library service quality and identify best practices. By responding to the survey, you will provide essential information for our strategic planning. HAM-TMC Library is one of 300+ academic and public libraries, North American and European, selected for the 2004 survey led by the Association of Research Libraries and the Association of Academic Health Sciences Libraries.

This survey is important because it will:

Help us better understand how our community rates library services; allow us to benchmark HAM-TMC Library results against other libraries to determine best practices; and let us know what are the service improvement needs.
