Charge: To develop and implement a plan for communicating information about HARLiC to the HARLiC libraries.

1. Design and maintain a document for HARLiC employees describing HARLiC and providing information about the HARLiC website and email discussion list. The document will be available on the HARLiC website.
2. Make recommendations to the HARLiC webmaster for keeping the site up-to-date.
3. Maintain the existing brochure on HARLiC Circulation policies.
4. Define a process for advertising new Special Interest Groups (SIG)s.
