This migration from Highwire to Silverchair may result in interruptions to access and slow response times. The publisher did not effectively notify their library customers about this migration; we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please note that the login box is for users who wish to access their personalized features on The JAMA Network site. Once you have logged in via our proxy server, your full text access is secured. Users will have to re‐subscribe to the new alerts features. If you have any questions about this platform migration, please contact joanne.romano@exch.library.tmc.edu.

The Annals of Internal Medicine will migrate away from Highwire Press and move to Silverchair--the date is yet to be announced by the publisher. The new URL to connect to the new platform will remain the same as the old URL http://www.annals.org/; however, it would be wise to expect problems with non‐access on the migration date and perhaps for several days. Please plan ahead and download any articles that you may require in electronic format. There is alternate electronic access as part of EbscoHost Academic SearchPremier and Proquest Nursing and Allied Health. Users will have to resubscribe to the new alerts features once the new platform at Silverchair is running. The migration date will be posted once notice is received from the publisher.
Chest has announced a migration from Highwire Press to Silverchair on June 28th. Please plan ahead in case of disruptions in electronic access as advised above. The new URL will be: www. chestnet.org.
If you have any questions about these journal platform migrations, please contact: joanne.romano@exch.library.tmc.edu. Thank you.
